European Commission approves €500 million Irish investment support

The European Commission has recently approved a €500 million Irish investment support scheme.  The main goal of this scheme is to provide incentive to companies to more actively provide capital investment in Ireland, especially concerning green and new digitalisation technologies.  This will boost competitiveness and increase productivity.

This initiative will be open to companies working in the following areas: manufacturing, information and communication, and scientific and technical activities. It is estimated that up to 500 companies will benefit from the implementation of this scheme.
