"Organising for Innovation" considers the capabilities needed to initiate innovation activities and carry out innovation projects. These activities are distinctive in the organisation, are associated with knowledge personnel and knowledge areas of the organisation, and have their own culture of team work and collaboration and tools. 

Talks will be delivered "in association with the Centre for Software Engineering" and delivered by Michael O'Duffy CSE Chief Executive and David Trevitt CSE Associate. Both Michael and David have considerable experience in working with organisations in developing their innovation capabilities.
