Overview

 Agile Business Analyst -uhh! surely a contradiction in terms if ever there was one. Turns out, an agile team is full of business analysts that is everyone, from the most junior programmer to the customer, calling the shots. They all share a common set of pictures and stories that can be used to vividly describe a system and its business context.  In this session you will learn how to do analysis the agile way!

 Dave Halpin, Senior Consultant, Centre for Software Engineering is a specialist in Agile Methods and Technologies and developer of ProbelogTM, a programmer's blogging tool.
