Description
Writing clear documentation is a challenge. Whether you are writing proposals, specifications, user manuals, policies and procedures, or just emails and letters, you have to make sure that your reader gets the message.
Well written documents lead to satisfied customers, increased sales, higher productivity, fewer errors and greater regulatory compliance. In this presentation, Paul Holden will give guidelines for writing clear, concise, understandable and usable documents. He will also show how to avoid some of the more common pitfalls facing writers.
