Managing Agile Projects in a Distributed Environment
Overview:
Increasingly, larger organisations are turning to agile or iterative approaches to manage their critical or more complex projects. This presentation will present the "Dos and Dont's" for an organisation that is considering using agile for its larger, distributed or mission-critical projects.
Speaker:
Ian Lawthers, Senior Consultant, Centre for Software Engineering will outline the agile approach, its origins and its current status. He will also discuss how agile can be applied to an organisation's key projects.
